MARÍA JUSTA PÉREZ ARAIZA
Ma: Maria
Ju: Justa = MaJu

Maria Justa was born in an Agricultural Ejido with a beautiful contrast between the sea and the plantations of banana, coconut, mango, papaya, and lime in San Patricio/Melaque, Jalisco, Municipality of Cihuatlán in the same state, in the year 1953 in the month of July.
Her parents were Don Hermenegildo Perez Frias, originally from the town of Tequesquitlan Jalisco, municipality of Coahutitlan.
And her mother Doña Petra Araiza Jaramillo, born in La Huerta Jalisco.
Coming from modest origins, her first steps in an academic institution were at the Tepeyac Catholic College of the Sacred Family in La Huerta de Jesus Maria.
She married at the age of 15, and as a child, she gave birth to her first son. Then, three more children were born while she was still very young.
After dissolving her marriage, she emigrated to the United States of America, to Los Angeles, California. There, like all immigrants, she worked various jobs, from cleaning to waiting tables.
With great effort, she continued writing her memoirs, which she had begun in 1969, also extending to her anecdotes, experiences, and fables, both her own and those heard from others.
All this, to give body and structure to her books, which today she humbly presents in the hope that they will be to the liking of her readers.
Some were written and completed in the 70s, and others a bit earlier, all rescued with precision by her still clear memory.
